Do I need to pay to read?
No. All articles remain freely accessible. Monthly support is entirely optional.
Is this a charitable donation?
No. FaithfulHeartbeat is not a registered charity. These are voluntary reader-support payments, not tax-deductible charitable donations.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage or cancel support and enter the email you used at checkout. Stripe will email you a secure sign-in link. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges; your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments.
What if I need billing help or a refund?
For payment errors or refund requests, email faithfulheartbeat@gmail.com with your checkout email and the payment date. Do not send card numbers or security codes.
Is support linked to my website account?
Not currently. You do not need a website account to support us. Stripe billing is managed separately using your checkout email, and supporting us does not sign you up for newsletter emails.
